Wretched service, visited over fifty times, in 6 months, 45 of those times included mistakes, burnt fries, old soggy fries, no salt on fries, burgers smashed up in bags, drive thru is totally unorganized. Cold food, terrible attitudes towards anyone different. Uncomfortable inside and out. Rebuild was a waste and ruined the ability to just have coffee and chat awhile. Terrible.
Waiting 30 min is ridiclious!! Suppose to be fast food....was nothing fast about it.
Decent gas station with car wash, but the McDonald's has gone downhill. Class 4 times that we have gotten food from there there has been an issue. Last time both the Buns on Artesian chicken sandwiches were burnt, one was missing the tomatoes and the lettuce was soggy on both. Our coffee was not good and the cups we're not full. Charlie time we get french fries the container tends to be only about half full, and if you say anything you usually get attitude. We just decided to stop eating here.
Always what I expect. I really don't like the new menus inside though. I also saw a self service order kiosk that seemed cool. It had a more traditional style menu layout.
Love the new building! Employees appear happy to be there, which is rare in fast food.
